Ms. Thorne, the founder and head of Corporate Health Initiatives, oversees all client work.
She has worked in the health industry for 18 years and has extensive experience in all marketing
and educational services offered by the company. Prior to founding CHI, she was Director of
Marketing for CH&W, a consortium of physicians and health providers in New York City. Earlier
in her career she worked as a psychotherapist, and as a clinical researcher at Harvard University's
Division on Aging and Beth Israel Hospital in Boston. Later she worked at the University of Medicine
and Dentistry in New Jersey, overseeing a National Institute of Health research grant in the area of
Complementary Medicine and Pain Management. Ms. Thorne earned an M.Ed. in Consulting Psychology from
Harvard University and a B.A in Economics from Rutgers University.

Mr. Carner oversees all aspects of the company's operations and works with Ms. Thorne in developing
wellness programs for clients and in servicing them. He has a strong financial background and broad
marketing and educational experience. Prior to joining Corporate Health, he was a sales consultant
at John Hancock and later established Carner Financial, an independent insurance agency specializing
in life and health insurance. Earlier in his career he was a Professor at Mannes College of Music and
the New School for Social Research. He has published two books and numerous articles in leading
professional journals. Mr. Carner earned an M.A. in Music from Tufts University, an M.A. in English
from City College of New York, and a B.A. in Fine Arts from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Dr. Greaney directs CHI's laboratory and oversees all medical testing
and inoculation programs done in corporations and schools throughout
the United States. Board Certified in Internal Medicine, he
currently maintains a private practice in New York City and is Team
Physician for the New York Mets major league baseball team. Dr.
Greaney is a Clinical Instructor in Medicine at New York University's
School of Medicine, and is a Clinical Assistant Attending Physician
at NYU Medical Center-Bellevue Hospital, where he completed his
internship and residency and functioned as Chief Resident in Internal
Medicine. He has co-authored a paper on esophageal cancer in the
Journal of the American Society for Echocardiography and is on the
National Medical Advisory Board for the MedWell Group. Dr. Greaney
earned an M.D. from New York University and a B.A. in Biology from
the State University of New York.

Dr. Olson designs and maintains all information technology software for CHI's
administrative systems and web-site. He has served as a software engineer and
consultant for several companies, including Polaroid and Reebok. From 1999 to
2000, he worked in the human resources industry, developing web-based software
for benefits enrollment and maintenance for Cyborg Systems. From 1988 to 1997
Dr. Olson was a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Rhode
Island, during which time he taught courses in Planar and Spatial Kinematics,
and 3D Graphics, as well as directing the development of several large computer
programs for companies such as General Electric and Ford Motor Company. He has published numerous
technical articles on mechanism design. Dr. Olson received his Ph.D., M.S.M.E.,
and B.M.E. degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
